Easy Returns Policy — Elite Garage Tools

We stand by every product we sell, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, our Easy Returns Policy makes it simple to return items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unused, in like-new condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage from use, installation, or missing parts are not eligible for refund
  • Custom or special-order items may not be returnable

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our team at Support@elitegaragetools.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. You'll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business day
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided using a trackable shipping method
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt at time of delivery
  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product damage on the day of delivery
  • Email the photos and your order number to Support@elitegaragetools.com within 24 hours of delivery

We'll replace or repair the item at no cost to you, or issue a full refund once the damage or defect is verified. Return shipping for defective or damaged items is covered by us.

Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund to your original payment method
  • Orders canceled after shipment has been dispatched are subject to this return policy and may require you to refuse delivery or pay return shipping costs
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at Support@elitegaragetools.com or call (833)724-8902

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or shipping damage)
  • Certain manufacturers may charge a restocking fee of 10–25% for non-defective returns. If applicable, you will be notified before your return is processed and you can choose whether to proceed

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products listed as used, demo, or certified pre-owned
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use
  • Custom-ordered or special-order products (noted on product page)
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or use

Special Notes

  • Some manufacturers have specific return requirements or warranties; these will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase
  • Products are intended for regular professional or residential use. Orders placed for temporary, promotional, rental, or event use may not qualify for standard returns
