Easy Returns Policy — Elite Garage Tools

We stand by every product we sell, and your satisfaction is important to us.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our Easy Returns Policy makes it simple to return items within 30 days of delivery.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in “like-new” condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage from use, or missing parts may be ineligible for refund.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our team at Support@elitegaragetools.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to the address provided.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.At customer’s expense unless defective 


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt (if applicable).

  • Take photos of the packaging and product on the day of delivery.

  • Send the photos and your order number to Support@elitegaragetools.com within 24 hours.

We’ll replace or repair the item at no cost, or issue a full refund once verified.


Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after shipment fall under this return policy and may require return shipping.

  • To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@elitegaragetools.com or call us at (833)724-8902.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Certain manufacturers may charge a restocking fee (10–25%) for non-defective returns; you’ll be notified if this applies.


Special Notes

  • Products listed as used, demo, or certified pre-owned are not eligible for return.

  • Some manufacturers have specific return requirements; these will always be noted on the product page.

  • Our products are intended for regular professional or residential use. Orders placed for temporary, promotional, or event use may not qualify for standard returns.
