At Elite Garage Tools, we strive to make every order fast, simple, and transparent. Shipping rates are clearly displayed at checkout and on each product page before purchase.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs vary based on product size, weight, and your delivery location
  • Most items ship via major U.S. carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or LTL freight
  • Heavy or oversized items (such as lifts and large equipment) ship via freight carrier with rates calculated based on your zip code
  • All shipping costs are shown before you complete payment during checkout
  • For custom freight quotes or bulk orders, contact us at support@elitegaragetools.com before placing your order

Order Processing

  • Orders are confirmed automatically once placed — you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately
  • Within 1–2 business days, we verify product availability with our warehouses and suppliers
  • If your order is in stock, it typically ships within 3–5 business days of payment processing
  • If an item is on backorder or unavailable, you will be contacted promptly with the option to wait for restock, select a different product, or receive a full refund

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within the continental U.S. takes 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the product
  • Freight items (lifts, heavy equipment) may require 7–14 business days for delivery
  • Residential freight deliveries may require an appointment and occur during business hours (typically 8 AM–5 PM)
  • Liftgate service or inside delivery may be available for an additional fee — contact us for details
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available at select manufacturer warehouse locations for certain brands
  • Pickup locations vary by product brand and are listed on individual product pages
  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to avoid shipping charges
  • You will be contacted with pickup instructions and location details after your order is placed

International Orders

At this time, we ship primarily within the continental United States. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, please contact us at support@elitegaragetools.com for a custom shipping quote.

Please note: All products are designed for U.S. electrical standards (110V/220V single-phase) and may not be compatible with electrical systems in other countries.

Delivery Issues & Damages

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • Upon delivery: Inspect all packages immediately and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing
  • If damaged: Take clear photos of the packaging and product damage on the day of delivery
  • Report immediately: Contact us within 24 hours at Support@elitegaragetools.com with your order number and photos
  • We will work directly with the carrier and supplier to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to PO boxes for freight items
  • Some remote or limited-access areas may incur additional freight charges
  • Certain products cannot ship to specific states due to manufacturer restrictions (noted on product pages when applicable)
