Forklift & Lift Gate Information
Unloading Requirements
Our larger equipment — including single-post, 2-post, and 4-post lifts — must be unloaded using a forklift or equivalent equipment. Smaller items such as tire changers, wheel balancers, and similar tools can be delivered with lift-gate service at no extra cost, which safely lowers the shipment to ground level.
⚠️ Hand unloading is not permitted due to carrier safety policies. Drivers are not allowed to wait during manual unloading.

Freight-terminal pickup: We can ship to a local freight terminal (usually within 30–60 minutes of your address).
Alternate delivery location: We can deliver to a friend, workplace, or business with a forklift.
