Large equipment like car lifts ships via freight carrier on a flatbed or LTL truck. You are responsible for unloading the equipment at delivery. A forklift or equivalent equipment is required. Our larger equipment — including single-post, 2-post, and 4-post lifts — must be unloaded using a forklift or equivalent equipment. Smaller items such as tire changers, wheel balancers, and similar tools can be delivered with lift-gate service at no extra cost, which safely lowers the shipment to ground level.
⚠️ Hand unloading is not permitted due to carrier safety policies. Drivers are not allowed to wait during manual unloading.
